1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the website and services of Code Yari, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.

2. Digital Services & Projects

Code Yari delivers custom digital services including web development, mobile app development, search engine optimization (SEO), and UI/UX design. All bespoke engagements are governed by individual project proposals, statements of work, and delivery milestones.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

Upon full payment of agreed project invoices, custom code and digital deliverables designed specifically for the client are assigned to the client, subject to standard open-source library licenses used.

4. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Code Yari, its directors, employees, or partners be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our website or services.

5. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and defined following the laws of India. Code Yari and yourself irrevocably consent that the courts of India shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute.
